Girl Scout service unit 718 in Frankfort serves approximately 330 girls in 29 troops who attend school district 157-C. We recruit new girls and adult volunteers each year; help new and existing troops register; provide information to leaders and volunteers to get paperwork completed and troops set up; organize troop meetings at district schools; provide a communications network for leaders, volunteers and parents; and plan events to supplement council programs and events. Volunteers are critical to our success.

Below are open positions that need to be filled for the 2012-2013 school year.  The positions have job descriptions and an approximate amount of time needed to complete the responsibilities. If you are interested or have questions, please contact the current service unit manager, Sue Stefanovich at susan@digitalfringe.com.  After June 1, please contact our council membership specialist, Amanda Homolka, at ahomolka@girlscoutsgcnwi.org.

All positions require annual Girl Scout registration, filling out a one-time volunteer application (if not complete already). Each position is appointed by and reports to the service unit manager (or council’s membership specialist of SUM position is not filled). Each position has a one year term, renewable by appointment.
